1. Changes in Terms and Conditions
CustomBoxesMade.com reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time without any prior notice. Please read these CustomBoxesMade Terms of Use when purchasing products from us or using CustomBoxesMade.com.
2. Shipping & Handling Fees
CustomBoxesMade doesn’t charge any extra for shipping and handling. All shipping costs are included in the cost of your order.

3. Product / Prices / Refunds
The prices you receive from CustomBoxesMade.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective for 30 days after they have been quoted. We offer all products on custom demand hence all sales are final at CustomBoxesMade.com. CustomBoxesMade doesn’t offer any refund or exchange of products. But if you receive a defective product from CustomBoxesMade, please contact us in 15 days after delivery date with details of the defect. If there would be any error in printing by CustomBoxesMade then orders would be printed with no extra cost. BUT CustomBoxesMade.com offers No Refund for any product.
4. Approval Process
CustomBoxesMade approves order from customer by sending digital images of artwork/ graphics. It is customer’s responsibility to review/ examine the proofs. CustomBoxesMade will not be responsible for;
- Spelling or grammar errors made by client.
- Low-quality of low uploaded images.
- Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
- Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with CustomBoxesMade.com specifications.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, die cutting.
- Incorrect shipping address.
5. Return Policy
- All orders are approved for printing before production. Please check and confirm that the proof is perfect and there is no error in it. Once the customer approves an artwork then CustomBoxesMade.com starts production. After production, CustomBoxesMade.com will not be liable for any mistake made by the client in the artwork. So it’s the customer’s responsibility to check the proof carefully.
- CustomBoxesMade reserves the right to manufacture and ship an order from any location to meet deadlines, without prior notice.
- Since all items we sell are 100% custom-made so we will not issue refunds for the items which are being completed in production.
- If the items received are defective then contact us 15 days after the delivery date with details of the defect. If there would be any error in printing by CustomBoxesMade then orders would be re-printed with no extra cost. But there would be No Refund for custom-made items.
