Tray And Sleeve Boxes

Also known as drawer boxes, slider boxes, match-style boxes, sleeve boxes, and sliders, these
boxes are used for unique packaging. They comprise of two portions: a sliding lid (sleeve) and a
tray storage compartment. At the production level, two different dies are required for the tray and
sleeve. The shipping of sleeves is done in a pop-up assembly while that of the tray is carried out flat
or pre-assembled, according to the type of material. If the shipping of trays is carried out flat,
the assembling of taped corners can be done quickly.
